Chat 2 vs Spam

After some time im sure you've seen we've switched between Chat 2 and Spam as the beginning we've had both. We do this because they are both crucial and beneficial to chat but we don't have the activity to include them both. Maybe we could vote on choosing one over the other or getting more people to use both.

Anyway when theres one chat over the other the rules change. SO READ BELOW

Chat 2- Bot Commands on both chats, No Spamming, Freedom of crowded Convos
Spam- Spam HERE Only, Bot commands here only don't use those anywhere else.
