OKAY NO MORE TOLERANCE FOR STUPID, AND DUMB STUFF GET YOUR HEAD IN THE GAME.
I realized i made staff promotions way to easy as i just wanted any body when i first made the chat but some of you are just unacceptable and need to get your head in the game. Verbal warnings wont be as frequent now, demotions might just happen instantly. Being final about no abusing perms, dont accuse dont do any dumb shi ur a staff member like wtf. Dont rage don't do any shit and if i tell u to stop otherwise demote. BEING AN ACTIVE MOD MEANS TALKING OF FORUM AND CHAT not me mentioning you every time. And you will prove you can do all these every time you get promoted or else your rank will simply stay the same. Capos can still be earned easily and demotions will be easier to distribute but promotions your in for a hell of a ride for. and stop asking for things dont beg me for shit because sympathy wont be rewarded. Dont bother me about ur promotes either is an application and im aware that its there and il get to it. Dont keep asking or else I will get annoyed and take longer. Sorry it took long to make this post but im sure youll find it well with info to all of your questions  & concerns. I like to have a fun chat but doesn't mean staff are special to the rules than others, and don't question why you've been demoted if you been demoted for any of the reasons above. Remember if you are demoted from capo u have to wait a week and can always reapply again, but dont waste my time. (sorry for the pun ) K bye. I dont tolerate it anymore sending to all staff. Pce
